The 4th International Conference on HIV Treatment Adherence venue is the InterContinental Miami. Besides being in the center of the business district, the hotel is close to the communities of South Beach, Miami Beach and Coral Gables, and attractions such as Bayside Marketplace, the Miami Seaquarium, and the Vizcaya Museum & Gardens.
IAPAC is the official organizer of the 4th International Conference on HIV Treatment Adherence, and is offering discounted hotel room rates for conference participants who book their accommodations within the official rooming block. The IAPAC hotel is also the conference venue.

The discounted hotel room rate will be honored three days before and after the official meeting dates based on availability of the hotel at the time the reservation is made.
 In order to benefit from the discounted hotel room rates, participants may use one of the following booking methods:
- Register for the conference and book your hotel accommodation online
- Attendees may call in their hotel booking toll-free to the InterContinental Reservations Department at: 866.577.3753. You must indicate you are registering for the IAPAC Adherence Conference in order to receive the discounted room rate.
We strongly advise all participants to reserve their hotel accommodation as soon as possible. IAPAC will not be able to guarantee rooms after March 13, 2009. Requests for rooms received after the cut-off date will be accepted on a rate and space-available basis at the group rate or best available rate.
When booking a room online or by telephone, participants must pay a deposit equal to one night’s room charge plus tax (13%) and Housekeeping charge of $3.00. Participants are responsible for paying the remaining nights’ room charges plus tax directly to the hotel.
Room cancellations or changes must be communicated to the hotel.
• Reservations must be cancelled at least 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid loss of first night’s deposit.
Check-in time is 4:00 pm. Check-out time is at noon. Rooms may not be available for early arrivals; however, all efforts will be made to accommodate guests who arrive early.
